P.E. Teacher needed!

Rose Springs Elementary is searching for a P.E. Teacher for the Kindergarten and First Grade classes.  It is a paid position.  If you or someone you know is interested in getting paid to play (doesn't get much better than that Emoji), please contact either Principal Lori Buhr or Terri Chynoweth at (435) 833-9015.  Additionally, if you are willing to help cover the class until someone is found, please respond to this message and let me know.

Book Battle

We are excited to announce our annual Book Battle event!
How it works:
Students read the listed books and take a comprehensive test at the end of January.  The highest scorers for each grade will then participate in a final quiz-show style competition in front of their classmates.
Parents are welcome and encouraged to participate in the reading and discussion of these books with their children.

Back to school Night!  It will be from 5-7 p.m. at the school.  Come and meet your teachers for the year!
**First two sessions: 5:00 and 5:25
**Second sessions: 6:15 and 6:40
General PTA meeting. 5:50-6:10 (between teacher sessions)
  **They will be voting on the new board members as well as the proposed budget for the year.
